Here are some ideas I have about health (more to come under headings below):

1. I recommend reading my personal theory that I wrote in my master's program. It covers a lot of ground related to this section. Keep in mind that it was written a while back and I may have changed my mind on some things. 

2. I would like to implore everyone – don’t buy any ab crunching machines, workout programs, diet plans, total fitness equipment, etc. At least until you actually start changing your behavior.
Important principle: Purchasing something does not change your behavior.
Most anyone can tell you basic health principles (and it’s not hard to discover either). The key is to actually implement that knowledge.
Exercise (cardio/weights), eat well, have a regular sleep pattern. Be consistent. Doing these things will go a long to helping your health. Below is some more detail about physical health.
